Simple to use
Everything in Protaskinote is placed in a way that just makes sense. Tap on a title or date to change it, or tap on any task to see its details… easy.
Adding tasks (typed or hand-written), searching, tags and sorting are all easy to reach.
You want to mark a task important? Highlight it!
Don’t feel like typing all the time? Use a pen!
Sometimes typing or writing a task alone isn’t enough. We need more than that and being able to type our tasks then pen in our handwritten notes is well… very useful, engaging and a lot of fun!

“With Manage (Protaskinote), Kerofrog has actually managed to add a degree of whimsey and charm to an old standby of the mobile app scene — the list application. Manage (Protaskinote) is an attractive and imaginative way for getting a handle on the daily demands on your time, and it’s also useful for keeping tabs on tasks that must be finished to complete a project.” — MacNewsWorld

Fantastic app! Makes me want to get an iPad just so I can use it! Great web site!!
Okay, I have been looking for MONTHS for just the right “list” and “task management app” and THIS IS IT! It is absolutely wonderful! I already have 4 friends who have gotten it over the period of a week. I do have just a couple of suggestions to please consider…
1. Make it possible to “move” a task up and down on a list even if it has a “subtask”. This is very important and cumbersome that the “move bar” is inactive once it has a subtask. I want to move the whole task with its subtasks up and down on a list.
2. Make it possible to add a “task” to another “Task” as a “subtask”. Instead, I have to retype the task even if I want to just group them together under another task. Moving the tasks around from list to list and list to subtask is really important.
Thanks for listening! But please know it is truly wonderful!! Thank you! I will keep spreading the word.
Can this sync with outlook task/to do lists? Trying to get everything to my IPad.
Thanks,
Yep, you can actually
. Although the way to do this is by first syncing with Toodledo and then using one of their third party outlook syncing tools to handle the outlook sync. So essentially, toodledo becomes the middle man.
