The Tile View also provides a statistical insight for each list.

List View Option

Selecting the List View options lets you preview tasks in your lists.

Task List View

Once opened, a Task List will expand to cover the screen. This is where most of your time will be spent and allows you to intuitively access all the controls needed to start managing your tasks.

Using the Sort Task Options

There are four options to sort your tasks by

• Under the default List order option, your tasks are ordered according to your personal preference. You can also manually sort your tasks with the Edit button.
• The Priority option will sort your list by urgent tasks first (highlighted red), then by important tasks (highlighted yellow), followed by the default order.
• Choose the Due option to sort tasks by the due date followed by the default order.
• The Completed option will sort by completed tasks first, followed by the default order.
